On September 22, 2011, the Most Holy Trinity Cathedral in the village of Zedi Sameba, Kobuleti, was blessed by the Metropolitan of Batumi and Lazeti, North America and Canada, Reverend Dimitri Shiolashvili. The temple was built at the request of the local population and with the support of Tengiz Khinikadze, a resident of the village.
