Georgian Railway offers domestic connections from Kutaisi and Tbilisi to Batumi and Kobuleti every day. Travelers can get to Ajara by train from neighboring countries -Armenia and Baku via Tbilisi. Baku-Tbilisi trains run daily. Yerevan-Tbilisi trains run every second day. Direct trains from Yerevan to Batumi are operating only in summer.
