Description

Location: Khelvacheuri Municipality, Kokoleti Village.

40 km from Batumi.

According to legend, the Kokoleti Arch Bridge was built by Akhmad-Agha Khinkiladze from Chikuneti, who lived in the 18th century, therefore the bridge must belong to this period.

Description: The bridge is relatively small. The length of its carriageway is 13 m. The width is 1.8 m. The bridge piers are built on rocky rock. The bridge has an open semicircular arch. One row of stone masonry is used. They are arranged vertically on top of each other. The carriageway is made of slabs.
