Chkheri Arched Bridge

Chkheri Arch Bridge is located on a small river Chkheristskali on the way going from the village Chkhutuneti to Gorgadzeti in Khelvachauri Municipality . This river is left tributary of the River Machakhlistskali.

Supposedly, the bridge is built in 11th-12th centuries.

Nowadays the bridge is placed under driveway. Until recently, it had been preserved completely, but it is significantly destroyed by dinamic influence of the river.
