Beshumi

Beshumi is a lovely resort located in the highlands of Ajara between 1850-2000 meters above sea level on the eastern side of the Arsiani Range, only 120 km from Batumi. Summer is the best time to visit, especially during the first weekends of August when the lively "Shuamtoba" folk festival takes place. The festival features local crafts, contests, dances, games, and thrilling horse races. 


The wooden cottages of Beshumi maintain the authentic charm of the resort. Beshumi offers numerous spots for picnics and camping, and activities such as hiking, horseback riding, and adventure tours can be arranged.
