Kobuleti

Kobuleti is one of the main cities on the Black Sea coast of Ajara. It is located 20 km north of Batumi, in a subtropical climate zone.

In winter the temperature rarely drops below +5°C, and in summer it ranges from +25°C to +30°C. It hardly ever snows here and very high temperatures are not typical. The sea warms up to 27°С.

The beach is quite wide and with pebbles like Batumi, mostly fine pebbles. There are sunbeds and beach umbrellas for rent. Kobuleti is a small town and the sea is within a few minutes from any place. The town has many hotels of different star ratings (including 5*), as well as cafes, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

The city park that stretches along the coast deserves special attention. Perennial pine trees create a special microclimate here, provide shade and make a pleasant place to relax.

The Amusement park “Tsitsinatela”, Kintrishi National Park and Petra Fortress (6th c.) are located near Kobuleti.
