The Shuamta Lakes are located just a one-hour hike from the Beshumi resort. There are several natural lakes here (five in total), three of which are relatively large. The area surrounding the lakes features alpine meadows and summer pastures. The trail to the lakes offers changing scenery, taking you from the forest zone into the high-mountain zone. It is also possible to visit Khikhani Fortress along this route.
